Gallop & Gleam Terms & Conditions

By requesting a cleaning quote from Gallop & Gleam Cleaning, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Quote Validity

  • All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client through the form (e.g., number of bedrooms, bathrooms, type of service, property size).

  • The quoted price is an estimate only and is subject to change if the actual condition of the property or the scope of work differs significantly from the description provided.

  • Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

  • The scope of work (e.g., Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Move-Out Clean, Hourly) will be detailed in the final service agreement, which supersedes this quote.

  • Gallop & Gleam Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if the work required is beyond the reasonable scope of a cleaning service or if the property poses a safety or health risk to the cleaning team.

  • The quote excludes specialized cleaning services such as mold remediation, hazardous material cleanup, exterior window cleaning, or post-construction cleanup unless explicitly included.

3. Preparation for Service

  • The client is responsible for providing Gallop & Gleam Cleaning with safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • For the cleaning service to be completed efficiently, the client is requested to declutter all surfaces, floors, and areas to be cleaned (e.g., picking up clothes, toys, and other personal items). The cleaning team is not responsible for moving heavy furniture or excessive clutter.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than the required notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in a recurring service contract.

  • Gallop & Gleam Cleaning accepts the following forms of payment: debit card, credit card, Venmo, Cash App, *Invoice/Check-commercial only.

6. Liability and Guarantee

  • Gallop & Gleam Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. 

  • We offer a 24-hour cleaning guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a portion of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if the original issue was caused by client preparation failure (see section 3).

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
